Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RJ Gold Palace mobile application or web portal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RJ Gold Palace provides a private jewellery portal that enables invited customers to:

• Browse and view jewellery design collections with high-resolution images.
• Save favourite designs for quick access.
• Share design information with others via your device's share function.
• Submit enquiries about specific designs or request account statements.
• View current gold prices (22K and 24K per gram).
• Track jewellery account balances (cash and gold) managed by your administrator.
• Receive push notifications about new designs, gold price changes, offers, and announcements.

Authorised administrators can manage customers, customer groups, designs, gold prices, enquiries, notifications, and account data through the admin portal.

3. Eligibility & Access

The Service is invitation-only. Access is granted by RJ Gold Palace administrators. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Administrators may deactivate your access at any time. If your access is deactivated, you will be unable to sign in until an administrator reactivates your account. You may still request account deletion even if your access has been deactivated.

4. Account & Authentication

You sign in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone/email and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

By signing in, you consent to receive one-time passwords via SMS or email for authentication purposes. You also consent to receive push notifications about new designs, gold price updates, offers, and announcements. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings without affecting your ability to use the Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All jewellery designs, images, branding, and content displayed in the Service are the property of RJ Gold Palace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written consent.

7. Gold Prices & Balances

Gold prices and account balances displayed in the Service are for informational purposes only and are updated by administrators. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that displayed prices or balances are error-free. Official account balances are subject to confirmation by RJ Gold Palace.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently and immediately remove your account and all associated personal data. Alternatively, you may contact your RJ Gold Palace administrator or email us at rjgoldpalace@gmail.com to request account deletion. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD PALACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
